The Global Defence Solutions (GDS) team was pleased to welcome personnel from the Australian Army’s 6th Engineer Support Regiment (6ESR) to our Bundamba facility earlier this month for operator and routine maintenance training on GDS deployable catering and hygiene systems.
The training provided hands-on experience across four key systems:
- PFC 500 Kitchen
- PFD 3500 Shower
- PFL 3000 Laundry
- PFS 3000 Toilets
Designed for rapid deployment and operational flexibility, GDS deployable systems are fully self-sufficient and can be established in under 30 minutes, delivering essential support capabilities wherever they are required.
As part of the practical training, attendees put the PFC 500 Kitchen through its paces, preparing and enjoying a hot breakfast onsite while gaining valuable experience operating the system.
The visit was a valuable opportunity to strengthen capability readiness, share practical knowledge and build on GDS’s partnership with the Australian Army.
