Design & Engineering

Our in-house Design Engineering team brings together specialist expertise across Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. Working collaboratively from concept through to deployment, we ensure every solution is engineered for performance, compliance, and real-world operability.

Heavy Fabrication

Our Heavy Fabrication team is a highly skilled, multidisciplinary workforce, bringing together welders, sheet metal fabricators, electricians, refrigeration technicians, and painters. Each project benefits from our integrated approach, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and durability in every component we produce.

Textiles Fabrication

Bringing together specialist knowledge in ruggedised textiles and cutting-edge fabrication technology, our Textiles Fabrication team uses CNC routers, high-frequency welding, and automated pattern cutting to deliver high-quality components. Every product benefits from our integrated approach to design, production, and quality assurance.

Power & Lighting Fabrication

Our team designs and manufactures portable lighting and power distribution systems for deployable infrastructure, including power distribution units, portable outlets, and lighting. Every system is engineered to be fit-for-purpose, highly reliable, and fully compliant with Australian Standards AS/NZS 3001:2022, AS/NZS 3000:2018, and AS/NZS 3003:2018, ensuring safe and efficient operation in challenging environments.

Facilities & Locations

Our headquarters are located in South Nowra, NSW, strategically positioned near HMAS Albatross and HMAS Creswell. We also operate dedicated MRO facilities in Bundamba, QLD, in close proximity to RAAF Base Amberley and Enoggera Barracks, enabling strong support across key Defence hubs.

Onsite Capabilities

Our in-house capabilities include a multidisciplinary Design Engineering team spanning Structural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. We are supported by qualified electrical services and refrigeration technicians, as well as comprehensive metal fabrication and machining capabilities. In addition, our textiles fabrication team enhances our ability to deliver fully integrated, end-to-end solutions.
